I've been driving by for a while and always wanted to give Baba Chef a shot. I finally stopped by for a late dinner tonight and couldn't be happier that I did! The food was perfectly portioned, seasoned, and put together! I chatted briefly with the staff about the menu and decided on the loaded lamb fries. The service was quick and friendly. I'll definitely be coming back if I'm ever strolling around Lakewood (especially with the late weekend hours)!
pass this place all the time and finally stopped by, got the shawarma philly sub, 100% recommend it. food was delicious, service was quick and courteous, there's a small seating area but the food travels well. i will absolutely be returning soon!

New to Lakewood and trying the restaurants. Baba Chef looked good on Google Maps. Decided to give it a try. It is a convenient food truck stop. Just pull up and park, order, and it’s ready in five minutes. Got the crispy gyro with a mix of chicken and lamb and a side of fries. The food was very good. It’s wasn’t too salty, just right. Service was friendly and great. I will be back to try more of their menu items.
Best late night decision!! Just do it! We live right around the corner and have been meaning to stop here for so long. Now I'm sad for all the lost opportunities. Loaded fries with lamb was very good!! I'll have leftovers for days. My dude ate his lamb shawarma in like 5 minutes. He said it was delicious. I didn't actually see him eat it. It was just gone. Now, we'll have to work our way through the rest of the menu.
Service was exceptionally friendly and the chicken loaded fries had amazing flavor! Great portion for the price. I also received a free water while I waited. Definitely will be back.
Amazing food and very nice customer service. Philly cheesesteak was way better than expected for first time trying! Update: I have gone 2 more times since and it’s always amazing. Thank you for such great customer service and food to accompany. Best food truck I have had the pleasure of going to.
